Wembley Parade is a prestigious development for Anthology Homes proving 195 high quality homes. The project contained a unique 8-storey meander block and 13-storey tower which were formed using faceted structure and cladding.

The principal structural challenge was the substantial set back at ground floor level. In order to avoid transfer structures, RC walls were positioned within the party walls and designed as deep beams to support the overhanging structure above.

The Wealdstone Brook which bounds the site was a key consideration during planning and construction, with detailed flood compensation modelling required as part of the planning approval due to the site being situated in Flood Zone 3.
