A residential development in Kew, just north of the River Thames, located on the site of a former Thames Water filter bed.
Comprises 3 residential blocks, 9, 6 and 5 storeys linked by a ground floor car park. Settlement analysis was required in order to facilitate construction over the 3m diameter ring main that runs directly under the development.
