Work has now completed on Phase 1 of Lowry Park in Manchester.
Named after L.S. Lowry who featured the former Mather & Platt foundry in one of his paintings, this phase provides 10 warehouse / industrial units ranging in size from 5,000 to 48,000 sqft, along with associated service yards and car parking.
The design included a substantial earthworks operation due to the levels difference across the site and close coordination with Manchester Highways to reconfigure the bellmouth entrance under a S278 agreement.
