Planning approval has been granted for a highly sustainable warehouse and logistics scheme at the site formerly known as Chartwell Court, Segensworth. The new development by Kingsbridge will be known as Ferne Park.

The scheme will provide a total of 107,000 sq ft of industrial space across three units, ranging between 18,000 sq ft and 55,000 sq ft in size.

All units will target a BREEAM Outstanding rating and an EPC A rating and will include extensive photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging points, along with substantial landscaping and retained mature trees around the site boundary.
