With Phases 1 and 2 of Bellway Homes’ Copperhouse Green development now completed, this previously derelict site now provides 276 new homes as well as 4 new commercial units in the centre of Dartford.
These first two phases comprise seven blocks, varying between 5-8 storeys and utilise RC frame construction as well as hybrid RC / traditional loadbearing masonry construction.
Phase 3 of the development is also now progressing well, with the first block planned for completion and handover in May 2024.
