St William’s new development of the former Clarendon Gas Works site forms part of the Haringey Heartlands Regeneration project and provides over 1700 homes across multiple phases.
Phase 3a of the development comprises 197 apartments together with elegant landscaping and external water features, commercial space and a basement level district energy centre. Construction on the site required significant earthworks and remediation of the existing ground, as well as solutions for founding on the footprint of the former gas holders.
Piling on the site has now been completed, and groundworks construction is now progressing on the first of the four buildings.
