Great progress is being made on site at Centre House, our project for St James. Demolition of the former BBC and UGLI buildings is nearly complete and groundwork will soon begin on the new mixed use building which will rise up to 32 storeys. Situated adjacent to Wood Lane tube station in the heart of White City, the new building will provide 528 new homes, space for Imperial College London and have a large 1-/2- storey basement with direct access to the earlier phases of the White City Living development. The façade of the Phase 2 building – also a PTA project – can be seen nearing completion in the background.
