A residential development in Deptford providing 143 apartments across 3 blocks of up to 17 stories, along with commercial space and landscaped roof gardens.

Due to the proximity of the Deptford Creek, early discussions were had with the Environment Agency and a raft foundation was adopted supported on a combination of CFA piles and vibro concrete columns. This allowed the block to be constructed above the river wall tie rods whilst new tie rods were constructed, anchoring the river wall back to the raft foundation.
