The construction of Dacres Wood Court is well underway with only one storey of the structure remaining to be completed. This development in Sydenham consists of a 3-5 storey apartment building providing 59 residential units together with communal landscaped courtyard, play areas, cycle parking and accessible parking. The development is generally traditional load bearing masonry construction, with a single-storey reinforced concrete structure to the 5-storey portion of the building.

The two smaller buildings in phase 3 are now well under construction (at levels 6 and 7) and these will reach 20 storey’s early next year. The tower of the longer building at the southern end is now at level 28 and wont be long before it tops out at level 35.
