Phase 3 of the St James White City Living development is now well under way. Building 5 is beyond level 10 but still has a way to go for the tower to reach level 34. The two adjacent buildings are also constructed up to podium and will rise alongside the one in the picture to 20 storeys. With the successful completion of the Phase 2 RC frame, we now look forward to seeing the completed frames in Phase 3 next year.
