Construction has progressed swiftly in the last few months, with the RC frame of the 22-storey southern building being completed to roof level and the 32-storey northern building reaching level 14.
Works to install the precast concrete façade also continue at pace. We are pleased to see our hard work assisting St James with site logistics has paid off to allow deliveries and the construction phasing to work together with a tight and complex site haul road.
This project for St James has been an exciting and challenging addition to PTA’s work on the White City Living development, which now includes 10 of the 13 buildings in the multi-phase development. We look forward to continuing our work with St James on the last phase on the site and beyond.
