Work is progressing well at TwelveTrees Park in West Ham. The southern blocks S01B and S01C have now topped out while the 33-storey S01A tower is at level 22 with cladding installation ongoing. The N01A/B/C northern blocks are at level 4 with groundworks progressing for block C01.
After several challenging designs including building over a Thames Water sewer and a UKPN tunnel, along with working in close proximity to the NR/TFL/LUL/DLR train lines, it is good to see site progressing at a quick pace.
This phase of the wider Berkeley Homes development will provide 640 residential apartments when complete along with an energy centre, car parking, commercial/retail space and several amenities.
