PTA are delighted to have been successful in being selected as Project Structural Engineers by Global Grange Ltd for the design of the Grange St Martins Hotel in Holborn, Central London.
The Scheme has a build in excess of £100 Million and involves a 400 bedroom hotel plus commercial space, a Leisure Centre and Conferencing Centre for events of 1000 people plus. Construction includes a huge cantilevered basement over the Crossrail route and a large area of Grade 2* Listed Building Refurbishment.
The professional team include BAA as architect, DP.9 on planning and DesignE2 on M&E.
PTA’s commission follows the successful completion of the Grange Tower Hotel in Prescot Street, Tower Hill, where PTA designed the 20 storey hotel on the historic archaeological and the most heavily bombed world war two site in Europe
