The site is located adjacent to White City underground station, requiring early involvement and technical approvals with TFL. The development features a swimming pool and landscaped garden at roof level overlooking the adjacent White City Living development.
A basement level haul road was required to facilitate site logistics, requiring careful coordination between the design team and construction / temporary works teams.
The building is clad in precast concrete façade panels, requiring close coordination and collaboration with the façade contractor.
