The first phase of a substantial industrial development on the site of the former RAF Westcott airfield near Bicester in Buckinghamshire.

This initial phase consisted of 24,000 square foot distribution warehouse for FedEx international freight specialists, including 25 loading bays and a central conveyor
system to maximise operational efficiency.
