This development occupies the southern half of the former Hovis bakery site and forms the southern gateway to the Greystar Greenford Green masterplan from Greenford Station.

The development consists of two residential buildings – 7 storeys and 19 storeys with a common basement, lower ground and upper ground level across much of the footprint of the site, providing car parking, commercial spaces, amenities and a landscaped communal podium.

The buildings are constructed in reinforced concrete and to accommodate the change in architectural layouts at lower floors, transfer structures in the range of 750-1700mm deep RC slabs have been provided at upper ground level.
