This new development in Hornchurch is located on the site of the former St George’s Hospital and provides 194 new homes comprising 145 houses and 49 apartments.

Significant demolition and enabling works were required prior to construction. Ground conditions varied considerably across the site and a mixture of trench fill, piled and raft foundations were required.
