Comprising a collection of 9 victorian style, detached/semi-detached, 3-storey, 4 & 5 bedroom family homes situated on a picturesque tree-lined street in South East London.

The development is located on the site of a former Thames Water reservoir which was demolished as part of the works.

The site is located within the Tower Hill conversation area and consequently various aesthetic requirements had to be accommodated by the structural design.

The construction of the houses comprises load bearing masonry, with beams and block flooring at ground level, timber I-joists at 1st & 2nd floor levels and timber trusses at roof level.
