A residential development comprising 249 apartments in twelve 4-storey blocks and 49 houses which is part of the wider 89-acre Springfield Hospital regeneration scheme.

Significant cutting was required on the site to achieve building plateau levels to suit the design of the buildings.

Extensive coordination was required between services and retaining walls within the site and sheet piling was required adjacent to Ernest Bevin Secondary School.
