The Royal Mint Street development for IJM Land comprises 3 new residential towers of 13, 14 and 15 storeys situated directly over the existing DLR lines coming out from Bank Station tunnel and cantilevering up to 6m over Network Rail tracks to the North.

The towers are typically reinforced concrete utilising transfer steel plate girders and trusses up to 3m deep and spanning 15m over the DLR tracks below.

Walking walls tied back to the stability cores allow the buildings to cantilever over the Network Rail tracks to the north.
