Built on the site of the former Buttericks Factory on the New Lane Industrial Estate in Havant, this development known as Spring Business Park provided a total of 12 industrial units ranging in size from 4,007 – 16,800 sqft with a Cat A fit out, along with associated service yards and car parking.

The construction comprised traditional ground bearing pad foundation and floor slabs, with the drainage connected to the nearby sewers and attenuation provided in below ground cellular storage tanks. To facilitate the site layout, extensive S278 Highways works were required to provide the new site entrance and stop up all previous entrances.
