Located in Nine Elms, this residential development provides a total of 367 dwellings, across 3 blocks connected by a shared landscaped podium over a ground floor car park.

The design of the structure allowed for a high level of prefabrication, including precast columns, walls, edge beams, upstands and balconies, spinmat reinforcement and slipform walls.

A 30m high secondary steelwork structure was designed to support an architectural GRC feature frame at the front of each block.

Additional site investigation works were required to accurately map out the profile of a historic scour feature which runs across the site.
