The project provides 2 warehouse / industrial units with a combined floor space of 37,000 sqft along with associated service yards and car parking.
To overcome the soft ground conditions, rigid inclusions were used to consolidate the ground and allow traditional foundations to be used. Drainage was kept as shallow as possible to reach the shallow outfall by gravity, with attenuation provided by geocellular tanks.
