This St William development sits on a 6.2 acre former utility gasholder site and requires some of the piled foundations to bridge over existing gasholder walls.

The design also addresses other challenging constraints such as the flood risk levels, the nearby gas infrastructure easements and the complex enabling works sequencing to suit construction phasing.
