A Grade II listed site with a number of buildings having historic, architectural and cultural value.
The project consists of 6 two, three, four and five storey blocks to provide 36 extra care residential apartments, 15 residential flats and 47 residential dwellings, along with associated car parking and landscaping.
PTA proposed additional site investigation and avoided piling the buildings.
