The project provides 2 warehouse/industrial units with a combined floor space of 46,000 sqft along with associated service yards and car parking.

The main challenge on the project was the surface water drainage design during the planning process and through construction.  The final solution used soakaways despite the relatively high ground water level whilst also bypassing the contaminated made ground.  The foundation strategy used vibro stone columns to consolidate the made ground allowing traditional foundations to be used.
