The first three phases of this residential re-generation project in Dartford provides over 550 apartments within 12 buildings, ranging from 4- to 8-storeys, as well as a new micro-brewery.

The buildings feature ground floor level undercroft parking, with RC transfer slabs over. The buildings up to 5-storeys in height comprise an RC transfer slab at 1^st floor level supporting traditional loadbearing masonry construction.

The architecture features complex brickwork detailing and set-back mansard roofs.
