Comprising two 10 storey buildings of residential dwellings built directly over the Tideway tunnels.
Ground movement analysis was carried out by PTA to justify the piled foundations to these structures directly over the proposed tideway sewer tunnels in order that PTA’s innovative solution avoided deep bored bentonite piles. Instead by justifying movement characteristics straight forward, flight augured bored piling was justified.
