Running adjacent to the Limehouse Cut is Berkeley Homes’ prestigious residential development known as Caspian Wharf, some 2 miles from the Olympic Village in the East End of London. The first phase of construction known as ‘Site B’ is complete and comprises private residential units on 7 storeys, 82 private apartments and landscaped communal podium constructed by Denne Construction employing the use of PTA’s innovative flat slab design to the multi storey RC frame.

The second phase of redevelopment known as ‘Site A’ has all structural and civil works completed to provide 431 no. residential apartments including affordable housing and incorporating underground car parking and commercial space. Constructed in in-situ reinforced concrete with flat slabs.
