A residential development in Brentford providing 138 apartments, podium amenity areas and basement car parking.
A contiguous piled wall was used to form the basement, designed to support the adjacent highway without the need for temporary propping.
The RC structure was economically designed to align above the ground floor podium slab where a 900mm deep transfer slab allowed the basement car parking layout to be optimised.
