This £7m industrial project provided a total of 12 industrial units ranging in size from 4,176 – 43,456 sqft along with associated services yards and car parking.

The construction comprised 1500 precast piles driven into the chalk bedrock which supported the steel frames and fibre reinforced suspended ground slabs. The drainage and SuDS strategy were key considerations during planning, with the surface water discharging via soakaway tanks into the chalk strata.
