A 32-storey residential development consisting of 279 apartments, basement car park, commercial space at ground floor and a sky garden at 11th floor.
The building partly cantilevers over the Victoria Line and is also constrained by the adjacent elevated public highway and mainline railway. Construction was formed of in-situ concrete flat slabs, and RC jump form construction was utilised for the cores. The structure is supported on a 2.5m deep raft pile cap on 750mm diameter CFA piles bearing into thanet sands.
Due to the close proximity of the Network Rail Line and Victoria Line underground tunnel a vibration mitigation system was introduced.
