Nine months on from the last news post in November 2022, work is now progressing with pace at Preston Park in Brighton.
Construction of the RC frame is past the halfway point with just the upper floors remaining, whilst the façade installation and internal fit out follow closely behind.
The overall project is due for completion next year, which will provide a total of 229 residential apartments along with commercial space and basement car parking.
