Piling works are underway on Bellway Homes’ Ponton Road site in Nine Elms. The works consist of 400 and 450 diameter CFA piles to support 3 no. 13-storey blocks, with a 1st floor level podium deck, with approvals required for piling adjacent to the nearby Network Rail line.
