Plot 3 on the Crendon Industrial Park consists of a 2,600 square-metre warehouse and office space. The ground bearing floor slab and mass concrete foundations are supported by Vibro stone columns due to the subgrade encountered.
Our civils team had to contend with a shallow drainage outfall for their foul and surface water design.
