Phase 3 of the Bellway Copperhouse Green development in the centre of Dartford is now well underway – It comprises three 8-storey buildings of RC frame construction, which face onto Dartford Central Park, and four 5-storey hybrid RC / traditional loadbearing masonry buildings which face Lowfield Street. Façade construction is now complete to Building F1, with the RC Frame of Building F2 nearing completion.
