Founded in 1970 by Trevor Powell and Victor Tolner, pta have maintained steady growth, gaining the reputation for being highly competent civil and structural engineers with adaptability and innovative spirit.
 Situated in modern offices (Chesham in Buckinghamshire and the West End in London), pta employs over 40 technical and administrative staff, all of whom utilise our modern fully-networked computer system. Offices also exist in Manchester, Edinburgh & Dublin. In order to maintain our competitive advantage in the market place, we keep abreast of the latest developments in hardware technology and maintain an impressive range of specialist software packages.
